So I found these two pictures on my computer in my “acne” folder. I used to take pictures everyday of my skin because i was so self conscious of it and wanted to see if it improved throughout the days…it just got worse, haha. It’s still really bad, but i’m showing you these because i’m realizing now that i’ve hid from people because i hate the way my skin is but my honest opinion after having to face the world with acne for so long now, I feel that it just makes your skin much more unique. Often, I’m always the only one of everyone with terrible skin and I probably stand out because of it, but good, i’m not like everyone else. Acne doesn’t make you “ugly” you’re still just as beautiful as you would be with clear skin instead you’re just more unique so embrace it. Same goes with any other flaw you may have. You are who you are and it’s time to accept it. Fuck makeup, show the world how naturally beautiful you are.
